Valentina Chaves

Valentina Chaves was born in Mendoza, Argentina. At an early age she was showing a huge interest in music, which motivated her to finish the career of Audiovisual Production and develop an important path in electronic music’s world. With the support of her family she could study musical language and learn several instruments. At her fifteen’s she discovered her talent as a DJ, becoming the first woman DJ of her town. The music gives her the opportunity to play in different clubs in the region. This connected her with a big selection of iconic artists of progressive music like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha, Mariano Mellino and Kevin di Serna. Currently, her target is to transfer her knowledge and experiences through the creation and production of her own sound. Her first signed contract was for “Soundteller Records” with the track Frankie M & Valentina Chaves - La Prima (Original Mix). The track was very supported by a lot of artists of the scene and Hernan Cattaneo included it in his radioshow “Resident 431”. Her edgy sound directed to Progressive & Deep House, with an organic touch, it's characterized by a highly detailed and fine music selection in which the perfect groove is fundamental.
