UnbrokenOne

Damien acquired his first pair of turntables in 1990 and spent the next 35 years immersed in dance music- holding several residencies over the years in London, interspersed with the odd international DJing excursion to Italy, Ibiza and Eastern Europe. Early productions with former studio partner Dino included a remix for Sumsonic of Invisible Inc’s ‘Stars’ in 2004, which was championed by John Digweed and Nick Warren. Numerous edits and mashups have featured in the sets of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, and were staples of Digweed’s Bunker Sessions in lockdown. It was in this period that Damien focused on his production skills as a solo artist and he has emerged with a slew of new tracks. The UnbrokenOne remix of ‘Amalgamate’ by Fliptech appeared in both Cattaneo’s Resident podcast and on Digweed’s Transitions show, and three new productions feature on the recently announced Miragem EP. due for release on Bedrock Records on the 29th of this month.
