Robin Thurston

Music to lose yourself in. Robin Thurston’s productions powerfully interweave evocative melodies, emotional storytelling and compelling sound design. Inspired by travel and the grandeur of nature, his tracks are as at home soundtracking escapades into the unknown as they are fuelling dancefloor euphoria. As an electronic artist, Thurston’s modern take on the progressive sound cocoons you in soaring melodies, wistful motifs and dramatic dynamic peaks. The emotive call to the wild that once sparked wanderlust in Thurston is reflected back in the widescreen technicolour palette of the dancefloor weapons he now creates. In 2026 Thurston's 'Wherever You Go' EP on Nick Warren's The Soundgarden reached the Beatport progressive house top 10. He has also released on labels such as Particles, Soundteller, Bonzai, Emergent Properties, AH Digital, BC2, Magnetic Magazine and My Secret Agenda, and has had support from Hernan Cattaneo on his Resident show. Robin Thurston's music invites listeners to lose themselves on the dancefloor in an expansive sonic hinterland.
