Biography

I was born in 1974 in Budapest. Music and Technics interested me since I was a child. I started to learn playing on drums from different well known drum teachers. First I collected my music from radio. I played them at home or at summertime on the beach next to our holiday cottage to the people. I collected some recognitions at smaller parties and on the beach too. The fact that I can entertain others and make them feel good made me happy. Next step was when I asked the director of the nearby community center if I could organise a disco. He gave the permission and soon I got my first salary! When school started I had to stop the disco in the community center. At school I played my music in the school radio. After that I had a great opportunity. There was a famous disco called Casablanca. I found there the DJ, who determined my future. He was called Richard Orere Johnson. He showed me a new dimension of playing. I realised immediately that this is my purpouse of life. It was an amazing feeling standing there and watching him playing. I learned as much I could. Soon I had to proove I’m not just interested but I also have a sense to do what I’ve learned. They said it was quite good. I started to play in the „Limit” disco with DJ Budai. It made me proud when I bought my first set of technics. We did the parties together but then we went on different ways. I got to a small place in Kőbánya alone but a few months later the 30-40 persons disco became a 500-600’s. I received lots of invitations from different more prestigous places. By the time I settled in Zaj-Studio where I could improove my technical knowledge. Later I was working in the „Bacardi-Beach” in Abádszalók, where I started to do some marketing according to my experiences and the knowledge I studied from others. Since than I am to improove myself. I worked with lots of Hungarian and foreign DJ-s. Lately I had a chance to share the turntables with Mauro Picotto. Nowadays I strenghten the team of the RiseFm with my sense of music and editing work.
