Pyrrhus

Pyrrhus is a Manchester-based electronic artist, producer and DJ crafting melodic breaks, electronica and progressive club music that fuses emotional depth with dancefloor intent. Rooted in atmosphere yet driven by rhythm, his sound bridges the space between introspective listening and peak-time energy. Emerging from a background in cinematic composition, sound design and analogue experimentation, Pyrrhus has developed a signature style defined by warm rolling basslines, expansive pads, intricate break-driven rhythms and emotive melodic detail. His productions evolve with purpose — moving from delicate, textural passages into euphoric, melody-led peaks designed to connect both emotionally and physically. At the core of his music lies a balance of contrasts: tension and release, weight and lightness, nostalgia and forward motion. Drawing influence from the spirit of late-'80s and early-'90s electronic and rave culture, Pyrrhus reinterprets these foundations through a contemporary progressive lens, creating music that feels simultaneously familiar and forward-facing.
