Paul Sparkes

A DJ since 1995, Paul has headlined gigs at top clubs globally since the turn of the millennium. Turning in solid sets in taste-making clubs such as Pacha NYC, Rise in Boston and Ministry of Sound in London, this DJ is making waves for himself internationally with his own brand of house and tech house. Sparkes has performed at clubs, festivals and beach parties all over the globe including the prestigious SXSW Festival in America. Paul is a genuinely hard-working and focussed performer, often turning in sets in excess of 5 hours, relishing taking control of the musical direction of the entire night. This hard-working Brit is also resident DJ and promoter of his Floorplay night in Amsterdam, bringing in the likes of Danny Howells, 16Bit Lolitas and Omid 16B. Floorplay represents quality house music with the emphasis on a great sound system and some serious music. Paul's productions have been signed to many labels over the last decade, most notably to Omid 16B’s renowned SexOnWax Recordings and New York City's Nervous Records. Standby for many more forward-thinking releases in 2014.
