Olu Asale

Olu Asale is a DJ/Producer who currently calls Johannesburg home. He has also been fortunate to have lived in other cities such as Kingston, Jamaica; London, New York City, Utrecht, Frankfurt, Kumasi, Gaborone and Dakar. The music and culture from these cities has played an important role in shaping his career and how he has perfected his style of mixing and live remixing. His sets, whether House, Techno or Dub, are always deep and are unique examples of true artistry. By blending and reworking tracks with pulsating rhythms over recorded sounds, samples and his original loops, Olu invites the listener to enter into a whole new world with him where the boundaries of deep are always being blissfully explored.
