Kymaera

Kymaera, Christopher Benson, traded the natural wilderness of Tasmania, for the urban jungle of Melbourne in 1999. This was a chance to showcase his love of a full spectrum of Drum n Bass, as well as Jungle, Ragga, Breakbeats, and less easier to define 140-170 bpm Electronica tunes. He began the crew “Oscillate’ with a fellow bass head, they host DnB and Bass events in Melbourne supporting local talent and bringing back the ‘down to earth’ party vibes. He has been showcasing his knowledge of Drum n Bass/Electronica on internet radio station TRNSMT since 2013. He has also been making electronic music, his first release was on Melbourne record label: Detrimental Audio. His production is somewhat unique, spanning different tempos, and influenced by DnB, Jungle, Ambient and Dub Electronica.
