Kristina Rush

Kristina’s DJ journey started in 2012, since when she has established herself as a well respected and skilled DJ in the local house music scene. Holding a number of long standing residencies including Auckland’s iconic Home of House - “Spy Bar”, alongside performing at a number of large scale festivals and events such as Highlife NYE & Poolside, LeBall, and touring the country. She’s known for her unique way to connect with the crowd during her live set performances, seamlessly shifting between diverse flavours of house music. Adding Music production to her skillset since 2014 was a natural progression. It was followed by an EP release and multiple remixes under an alias Scarlytt, working closely with a boutique AUS/UK label “Yes Yes Records”. Passionate about expressing herself through music and empowering others to do the same, her involvement in the local music scene has not been limited to her personal creative pursuits. She’s consistently working with local youth & adult communities by leading events and workshops teaching all interested the art of DJing. After a much needed break to pursue other creative avenues and redefine her music production direction - she is back in 2021 with a lot of new exciting ways to connect and express herself through music. Focused on delivering unique high quality melodic, deep, progressive house and tech, that makes you want to move.
