Biography
One of the well known Djs on the Latvian contemporary club scene. In the last decade of Latvian club history he has gone into how the resident Dj of popular Club Essential (2004-2012) but in professional circles as one of the most respected Latvian DJs. Probably sounds a bit theatrical, but it's the truth. Kaspar's addiction to electronic music evolved when Latvia experienced the first wave of the legendary rave parties in the 90ies. His love for music as such had him exploring through all kinds of different styles and genres. In 2004 Kaspar took up the challenge of becoming a resident DJ at the most developed dance venue in the Baltics – Club Essential. Since then he’s been gathering fans with his powerful, dark and yet melodic performances. His residency at club Essential has resulted in the creation of a new event series brand in conjunction with Propeller Productions - KWADRAT CONCEPT. Today, in addition to other Latvian club scene personality Bogdan Taran, in practice he is the most experienced DJ who played a warm-up and after our sets for world-class DJs such as John Digweed, Sasha, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Above&Beyond, Markus Schulz, Armin Van Buuren, Deep Dish, Deadmau5, Sander Kleinenberg, Dave Seaman and many others. Kaspar Kondrat has released a number of remixes, one of which is created for Ignas feat. Julie Thompson - Hold On. Kaspar now hosts a radio show KWADRAT CONCEPT on Latvia's RIGA RADIO every Saturday night.
