Kamilo Sanclemente

Kamilo Sanclemente (Einmusika Recordings – Parquet Recordings – Perspectives Digital – FSOE UV – Clubsonica Records – Manual Music) is a colombian artist from the underground progressive movement of electronic music around the world. Worldwide renowned for his infectious groove and mesmerizing melodies has put Colombia in the map of the Progressive House scene. As a producer, Kamilo has managed to sign his productions in very important Progressive House and Melodic Tech-House labels in the industry. 2015 was undoubtedly a year of labels for him. His song 'Crystal Blue', was released physical and digitally by EINMUSIKA RECORDINGS. It became part of Beatport's main charts and at the same time, charted by artists like Sebastien Leger. Later on, Kamilo created Galathea which was released on Darin Epsilon's label, PERSPECTIVES DIGITAL, the track received very good feedbacks and some compliments from great artists such as: Hernan Cattaneo, Richie Hawtin and Arjun Vagale, just to name a few. Galathea's quality and good reception, took Kamilo for the first time in his career to be in Beatport's Progressive 100. For PERSPECTIVES DIGITAL, he also released his track Arisen as part of one of the ADE Sampler in 2015; made in collaboration between Kamilo and Juan Pablo Torrez, Arisen got to be at Beatport's Top 10 and was selection of Nick Warren, Darin Epsilon, Amber Long and Hernan Cattaneo. Being constantly supported by Hernan Cattaneo in his charts, radioshows and performances around the world, Kamilo was gaining territory in the underground progressive house scene. In 2016, he released his first debut album called 'Inside a Dream' which had a great response by the audience, charted as a bestseller at Beatport and supported by the likes of Dixon, Ame, Pete Tong and Hernan Cattaneo. 9 tracks with sublime melodies that show us the versatility in creating music that he has. Also, he began to be the one of the main A&R behind Clubsonica Records. 2017 was quite a journey for Kamilo. For MMW and WMC, he released 'The White City' with PERSPECTIVES DIGITAL. Highly acclaimed it reached out TOP5 in the best progressive house tracks at Beatport. A great milestone in his upgrowing career. Later that year, Kamilo join forces with Golan Zocher to create an epic remix for Dmitry Molosh's 'Expression' for CLUBSONICA RECORDS. The remix was played all around the world by Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo, and supported by Max Graham, Markus Schulz, Above and Beyond among others… Also, he did a 3-track EP for the legendary PARTICLES. This EP brought the attention of lots of people and 'Another Earth' was a real bomb for the dancefloor. Plenty of radioshows was filled with this epic track. Returning to CLUBSONICA RECORDS, he signed two tracks, 'Sea Of Tranquility' and 'Ocean Of Storms' with fellow countryman Mauro Aguirre. This EP reached TOP 8 in Beatport's Progressive House chart. At the end of 2017, he signs 'Azure' with the mighty PARQUET RECORDINGS, reaching the 19th position in Beatport's Progressive House tracks. Also, released an joint production EP with Golan Zocher for PERSPECTIVES DIGITAL which the Roger Martinez remix of 'El Sol' gained a lot of popularity. Finally, 2017 sees his joint remix with Golan Zocher to Paul Thomas & Dylhen's 'Diablo' debuting at FSOE UV. Lots of artists from the Trance scene begin to talk and play Kamilo's creations. While starting to travel within Colombia in 2017, 2018 was all about international dates. Beginning with an amazing 5 dates tour in Argentina, Kamilo gained a lot of respect amongst the fans there. Now he's looking forward for dates through Europe, Brazil, Bolivia, and soon on Asia. Releasing in MNL, OR TWO STRANGERS, CLUBSONICA RECORDS, MANUAL MUSIC and ICONYC settled his career as one of the best and breakthrough artists of the Progressive House Scene. He reached the 30th place as the bestselling artist in Beatport according to beatstats.com placing him together with Ezequiel Arias as the best latinamerican artists of this beautiful genre. Picked up by Aly & Fila themselves, 'Elixir' was used in the mighty Future Sound of Egypt 500 compilation, placing Kamilo as an artist to look forward for the Trance fans. Later, this track was released as a solo for FSOE UV imprint gaining quite high reputation between Trance and Progressive House lovers. Last, but not least, he joined forces with Juan Pablo Torrez again to release 'Anxiety' through PERSPECTIVES DIGITAL. Thee tracks, mesmerizing, yet really groovier settled his productions with Juan in a higher notch, placing them as a duo to watch out in 2018
