> Keith McDonnell - Producer / DJ & owner of UK dance imprint Baroque Records & its sister labels - has been DJing for the last 20 years and producing, for the last 15. As with most, he started out by dj’ing in his own back yard and gradually went further a field to venues like the legendary "Milk Bar" - London, the "House" & later the "Garage" club in Nottingham & Bonds in Birmingham . Towards the end of ‘1999 baroque records was set up, and has gone on to being one of the UK’s most established house music labels. > As a DJ Keith plays "a solid selection of chunky house music & deep rolling beats, Over the years he has played across the globe, taking in legendary venues such as Spundae & Avalon in the USA and a hst of other clubs from Israel, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, China, Hong Kong, Canada etc…. > On the production side he works mainly under his ‘Innate’ guise, reflecting his own tuff and twisted sound with releases such as ‘changes’, which went on to be signed by Platipus following it’s massive success on baroque, with support from all the usual suspects. It’s inclusion on many compilations & on the Essential mix on Radio 1. He went on to release ‘Roots Rock’ ‘IMOD’ ‘Childs Play’ & ‘Half Century EP’ amongst others & more recently ’Tronic Music, ‘Loyomo’ & ‘Deep Freakin Disco'.. he has also collaborated with Andy Moor & Bill Hamel on ‘Barotek’and remixed the likes of Sleepfreaks, Sinead O’Conner , Quivver & the classics God Within ‘Raincry’ > On top of all this he’s constantly working hard on managing his labels & the running his Record Label management software Platform - AMPSuite, which is used by many respected labels such as Drumcode, OFF Recordings, Hotflush, Saved, Iboga, IONO, Noisia ( vision ), 100% Pure, Bitten, Sudbeat, Stereo Productions and many other of the worlds finest imprints . All in all a very busy & prominent figure on the scene today….
