DrMike

DrMike is a relative newcomer to the progressive breaks scene. Despite a life-long love of breaks, he only started to pursue his DJing passion in the last few years but has already made waves on the progressive breaks scene with extensive and popular back catalogue of work, as well as notable guest appearances on established progressive breaks shows such as Broken Essence, Fragmentation and Revive. He demonstrates his broad love for the genre with work in an array of styles, though he has a particular fondness for funky breaks and is even known to dip his toe into progressive house. His mixes will take you on an intense journey through depth and bass, but always with a focus on melody that sparks your feels and makes you want to go on another journey with him, but only once you’ve recovered from the last one.
