Bonch

Bonch comes from the island of Cyprus. As an electronic music collector and enthusiast he began experimenting with various sounds and styles. His musical style vary from House to Techno and everything in between. When not performing, he spends his time in the studio creating his own music In 2015 he released his own first record with Opensource Records(BR) In 2018 he won the Get Frisky with Selador Dj competition.Christos Voniatis, aka Bonch, is a pure DJ at heart. His love for collecting music and discovering what moves him the most has led to a style which is open minded, fresh, and passionate. His variety and flow is what drew the attention of Selador’s Dave Seaman & Steve Parry, who selected his mix to represent their label and be featured on the Selador Sessions show on FRISKY.The winning mix had that Selador feel and stood out a bit from the other mixes, with its varied musical flow, not just pigeonholing itself to one style – which is very much a Selador thing!” With his deep and honest approach to the music, Bonch’s mix caught the ear of thousands of FRISKY listeners and especially the two judges. He never stops listening and playing music in Bars and Clubs in Cyprus. As for the future, he wants to continue creating his own original tracks and filling the dance floors with the music he loves. Be persistent on your dreams. Do what you love, love what you do. Life is a party.
