Barry Gilbey

From early beginnings as the founder of the Choo Choo label to DJ-ing performances across the globe that included residencies in Moscow, New York and London, as well as live performance tours with his chart-topping group Mara, Barry Gilbey is now best known for his Djing, music production skills and know-how for TV. His discography and remixography showcases high-end work for TV shows and trailer credits that include Universal, Fox Sports, CBS, Sky Sports, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, MTV, The Discovery Channel, National Geographic and many more. Whilst perhaps previously best known for his work in house music, he now embraces his love and understanding of all things technological and electronic to write with a passion that overcomes any boundary of style or genre. So much so, he is equally at home writing orchestral pieces or bass heavy drum & bass. Outside of TV, Gilbey has remixed and worked with the very best. He boasts writing credits with a host of diverse artists from The Human League to Brian Transeau, and many more. H
