Andrey

Andrej Ziberna, also known as Andrey, was born in Belgrade, Serbia. He showed an affinity for music from early childhood, spinning his father's LPs at the age of 4. He has a music education and plays piano. He started discovering electronic music in the late 80s and beginning of the 90s, with the acts like MARRS, Technotronic, The KLF and The Prodigy, to name a few. With the rise of dance music movement in Europe, he discovered alternative view at the scene in the music of Enigma, Robert Miles, Everything But The Girl and Massive Attack. Later, Andrey got completely spelled when house music evolved into a deeper sound that progress. He started djing inspired by pioneers like Sasha, Digweed, Warren, Seaman and Deep Dish. In his sets, he mostly plays progressive house with deep and dark elements. He doesn’t like stereotypes and always attempts to make his mixes sound different than others and special in their own way. He is influenced by many genres, from classical and opera to various types of electronic music. He is a diehard devoted audio fan, collects CDs and vinyls. This is his third appearance on friskyRadio.
