Adam May

Adam May is a DJ who hails from Perth in Scotland. After getting into an exploding club scene in the mid to late 1990's, he was regularly attending top Scottish night 'The Rhumba Club' along with events put on by the equally revered 'Colours' crew. Adam found himself drawn to the more Progressive side of things, after hearing the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Nick Warren and Steve Lawler and it was these DJ's and others like them, that helped Adam decide the musical direction he would go in. As is always the way, there is always someone who tends to end up being the supplier of quality after party sounds and it was inevitable that a set of decks would soon follow as tapes (ask your parents, kids) and cd's and a stereo, turned into vinyl a mixer and a set of 1210's. He has been a regular fixture on the Perth and Tayside scene for a nearly 15 years and is gaining a steady following, due to his enthusiasm, his track selection and his technical mixing ability. Adam has been a regular on the bill at Techno night 'Rude Not Too' and has also played at various events over the years up and down Scotland's East Coast. He is currently resident at up and coming club night 'Audiotronic'.
