Sign up, login, passwords, and account settings

If you don't remember your password, use password reset. If you don't remember your email or username, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. We will only send the reset email to a FRISKY registered email address.
You can sign up at frisky.fm or through the FRISKY app on iOS or Android. You can register with your email address, or sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.
Go to your account settings on frisky.fm or in the app. Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts. If you signed up via Apple, Google, or Facebook, your password is managed through that provider.
You can update your email in your account settings on frisky.fm. Note that if you signed up with a social login (Apple, Google, Facebook), your email is linked to that provider.
Yes, you can log into FRISKY on multiple devices. Your favorites, playlists, and listening history sync across all your devices.
To delete your account, contact us at from the email address associated with your account. Please cancel any active subscription before requesting account deletion.
Apple's "Hide My Email" creates a unique proxy email address (like [email protected]) that forwards to your real email. To find your proxy address, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Hide My Email on your iPhone. You can use this proxy address to log in to FRISKY. If you need to restore a Premium purchase made with Sign in with Apple, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on your device, then open the FRISKY app — your subscription should sync automatically.
